Terms of Service

Last updated: October 27, 2026

These Terms govern your use of My TV Player websites and applications operated by QUANSIGHT CONSULTING SARL. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service description

My TV Player is a player and playlist manager. We do not provide, resell, or rebroadcast TV channels, movies, or series. You supply M3U/M3U+ or provider login sources (a third-party provider's server address, username and password) and are responsible for their legality in your jurisdiction. See the Service disclaimer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Account security

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account until you report unauthorized access. Enable two-factor authentication when available. Notify us immediately at if you suspect compromise.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not import, distribute, or share content you lack rights to access.
  • Do not circumvent device limits, share one paid account commercially, or resell access.
  • Do not attack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our APIs.
  • Do not use the service to transmit malware or unlawful material.
  • Do not misrepresent affiliation with My TV Player or rights holders.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. Rights holders can report infringement under our Copyright policy.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are bought inside the My TV Player apps, through Google Play, the App Store, the Microsoft Store or the Amazon Appstore. The store takes the payment, shows the price in your currency, and handles your payment method and receipts under its own terms. Yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel them in the store. If a renewal payment fails, the store may keep the plan running for a short grace period; after that, paid features pause until the payment goes through. The website and the Samsung TV app do not sell plans: they use a plan bought in one of these apps. In the Xbox app only yearly plans are sold.

  • Changing plans follows the store's rules. Google Play switches the plan in place. In the App Store, a bigger plan starts at once and a smaller one at your next renewal. In the Microsoft Store you buy the new plan and cancel the old one in your Microsoft account. In the Amazon Appstore you buy the new plan and cancel the old one in your Amazon account.
  • Refunds: Refunds are requested from the store you paid, under its rules; our Refund policy explains how. Consumers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland keep their statutory withdrawal rights, which the store applies. Contact if you need help.
  • Lifetime tiers are a one-time purchase in the store. Refunds for them follow the store's rules.
  • Free trial: A new account can try everything in the Household plan free for 7 days, once. No payment details are asked and nothing is charged. When the trial ends, the account moves to the Free plan unless you buy a plan in one of the apps.

6. Free tier

We may change Free plan limits with 30 days notice. Free accounts may receive account and security emails, such as email verification, password resets, new device sign-ins, a device refused at your device limit, and subscription reminders, and, for each profile linked to Telegram, the Telegram categories chosen for it, including service announcements. You can turn off the new device, refused device, and subscription reminder emails, and each profile's Telegram categories, on the Notifications page, under Alerts.

7. Intellectual property

We own the My TV Player name, logos, UI, and software. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the apps for personal or internal business use per your plan. Playlist content remains yours or your provider's.

8. Third-party services

Streams and EPG come from sources you configure. Google Play, the App Store, the Microsoft Store and the Amazon Appstore process payments for plans bought through them, under their own terms. Other app stores and platforms have their own terms too.

Apps from Apple's App Store

If you downloaded a My TV Player app from Apple's App Store, these points also apply:

  • These Terms are between you and QUANSIGHT CONSULTING SARL only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
  • Your license to use the app is non-transferable and limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions allow.
  • We, not Apple, provide maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide any.
  • If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies to it, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for the app, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app; any other claim arising from such a failure is between you and us, under these Terms.
  • We, not Apple, handle any claim about the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
  • If anyone claims that the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
  • You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • When you use the app, you must also comply with any third-party terms that apply to you, such as your agreement with your internet or mobile data provider.
  • Questions, complaints or claims about the app go to QUANSIGHT CONSULTING SARL, 71 boulevard de la République, 92250 La Garenne-Colombes, France, phone ⁦+33 7 66 38 52 14⁩, or to the email address in section 15.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept them, Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

9. Diagnostics and telemetry

The apps send crash reports and error diagnostics to Sentry (EU-hosted ingestion) by default to keep the service stable and improve quality. These reports include app version and OS information, session counts, and sampled performance timings. They never include playlists, viewing activity, or credentials. You can turn crash reports off at any time in the app under Settings > Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Availability & changes

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, APIs, or these Terms. Material Term changes will be announced 30 days in advance; continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. STREAM AVAILABILITY DEPENDS ON THIRD PARTIES.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR €50 IF YOU USE ONLY THE FREE TIER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your playlists, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Courts in Paris have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. These Terms are drafted in English; translations are provided for convenience and the English text prevails.
