Copyright policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

My TV Player hosts, provides, indexes and links to no audiovisual content. Every stream comes directly from the sources each user configures in their own account.

What this policy covers

Use this policy if you hold rights in a work and believe that an account uses My TV Player to access infringing content, or that material on our own websites or apps infringes your rights.

How to send a notice

Send your notice to and include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
  • Where the infringing material is, or evidence of the infringing use, in enough detail for us to find it.
  • Your name and contact details, including an email address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on its behalf.

What we do

  • We remove infringing material from our own websites and services.
  • We suspend or terminate accounts that break the acceptable use rules in section 4 of our Terms of Service, and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
  • We cannot remove streams we do not host. A stream served by a third-party provider has to be taken down by that provider.

If you think we got it wrong

If we act on your account and you believe the notice was a mistake, reply to the same address with your explanation and we will review it.
