Refund policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy explains when you can get your money back for a My TV Player plan. It applies together with our Terms of Service.

Who sells the plans

Plans are sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which handles payment, invoicing and refunds. Paddle's refund policy also applies, and wherever it, or the consumer law of your country, gives you more than this page does, that prevails.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can withdraw within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription, or of a lifetime purchase, and get a full refund. You do not need to give a reason.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refunded. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Lifetime plans

Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 14 days, except where the law requires otherwise.

Upgrades and downgrades

An upgrade takes effect straight away and the unused time on your current plan is prorated. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal.

How to ask for a refund

Email from the address on your account, or use the link in your Paddle receipt or paddle.net. Include the order number from your receipt if you have it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid by Paddle to the original payment method. How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer.
